The department teaches:

  • Criminal and Civil Procedure
  • Law of Evidence
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution
  • Conveyancing and Notarial Practice
  • Sports Law
  • International Insolvency Law, and
  • Legal Practice.

This department also takes academic responsibility for the practical training that takes place in the Law Clinic.
