If you are being referred to us, please ask your veterinarian to fax the referral letter to us before phoning to make an appointment. Our fax no is + 27 12 529 8528.

If you plan to send your horse to us with someone else (i.e. transporters, stable manager), then please have your fax number or email address ready when you call us for an appointment, as we will need to fax you, as the horse’s owner, a registration form plus indemnity form which must be completed and faxed back to us, together with a copy of your ID document.
