Pre-Award Grant Management System

The Pre-Award Grant Management System (PAGMS) is a custom developed system on Peoplesoft desgined to support researchers through the entire. 

The system has been designed for DRI to assist researcher with the following:

• Search and identify suitable reserach funding
• Faciltate letters of support
• Collect documents from collaborators (such as CVs, bio sketches and references)
• Arrange institutional signatures
• Assist with budgets
• Provide institutional documents and numbers
• Facilitate mandatory reviews and non-mandatory compliance screenings
• Follow up with funders on the outcome of submitted applications 
• Finalise research contracts
• Arrange cost centre numbers
