On 31 July and 1August 2015 the Department of Marketing Management hosted Professor Holger Lütters, a professor of International Marketing at the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft in Berlin and a leading expert on the topic of online marketing research.
He presented a two-day workshop to the MPhil Marketing Research students that focused on learning more about online questionnaire design and generating shareable online reports. The students were furthermore tasked to design an online questionnaire, field the questionnaire and generate an online report for a particular marketing research project of their choice. The MPhil Marketing Research students gained valuable insight and practical skills to equip them in conducting marketing research in an online environment.
The MPhil Marketing Research programme is presented by the Department of Marketing Management in collaboration with GfK Verein. The format of the GfK Programme in Marketing Research in UP’s Department of Marketing Management will change in 2016. The pilot offering of the MPhil Marketing Research programme will be replaced by a number of cutting edge training courses in Marketing Research.
