An information and exposure day for senior learners who are keen to study law at the Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria was held on 24 May 2008.

The Faculty of Law staged the first Pretoria Schools Moot in and around Pretoria during the first half of 2008. The purpose of this Competition was to expose aspirant law students to litigation.

The Faculty of Law's Moot and Debating Society is hosting a Debating Competition on Friday, 9 May 2008 at 13:30. The topic is 'Marriage should expire after seven years unless both spouses agree to the continuation of the marriage'.
