Up with Science forms part of an ongoing initiative to provide high school learners (grades 10-12) with an opportunity to discover more about a specific field of study they may be interested in. Each year, the Department of Genetics hosts a group of grade 10 learners in the hope of inspiring them to consider a degree in the field of Genetics.
