Airport transfers:

Delegates have various options with regard to transport between OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg and the hotels in Pretoria. An airport shuttle service is usually the most affordable option. Two possible service providers are:

Transport between hotels and Forum venues:

A free shuttle service to and from the Forum venue will be available for delegates staying in the recommended hotels.
Note: Except for sponsored delegates (depending on the sponsoring conditions) delegates are responsible for their own travel (including airport transfers) and accommodation bookings. Delegates are welcome to stay in other hotels, but will then be responsible for their own transport to and from the Forum venue. The Forum shuttle will only transport guests staying at the recommended hotels.
