Work experience

In preparing for entering the world of work, students should include exposure to real-life working environments in their CVs. Career Services assist students in planning for and finding opportunities for work experience in order to be Ready for Work when they graduate.

Various on and off campus opportunities are advertised to enable students the opportunity to acquire work experience. These include:

• Running of promotions on campus
• Tutoring
• Volunteer work
• Society work
• IT lab assistant
• Library assistant
• DESA on-line registration assistant
