This Division is one of the four pillars that form the Department of Enrolment and Student Administration (DESA). The vision of Student Administration is:
"To render an efficient, effective and on point support service to stakeholders."
This Division serves the University by coordinating the following functions:
- the processing and coordination of student appeals,
- coordinating the smooth running of examinations by managing the invigilation process,
- the responsibility for the curatorship of student records which includes the issuing of certificates and the coordination of graduation ceremonies,
- maintaining and updating the latest information in the online yearbooks which includes both General Regulations and Rules of the University, as well as faculty regulations,
- ensuring effective and efficient scheduling of lectures, examinations and practical classes on the various campuses,
- the provision of professional secretariat services to Senate and Senate committees,
- providing key support to faculties with regard to regulatory and academic advice.
