The S A Guide-Dog Association for the Blind provide orientation and mobility services for students with visual disabilities. Their Orientation and Mobility Practitioners provide long cane skills training and teach students routes around the university campus. This training allows students to attain a high level of independence while navigating with the use of a long cane. These services are offered at no cost and students are referred for services through the Disability Unit. The Disability Unit would like to thank the S A Guide-Dog Association for its continued support of students with visual disabilities.
