The Lesson Study is a teacher collaboration practice, which originated and is practised in Japan for decades, and later been adopted and adapted by numerous countries globally. Through the Lesson Study, teachers plan a lesson together; one of them presents it while others observe and record their observation; they then participate in post-lesson reflection exercise; and then improve the lesson.
