Meeting Dates

All meetings will take place in the PC Snijman at 10:00

Researchers will be invited to participate in the scheduled meeting and an approximate time will be provided in advance.  We kindly request your patience in cases where the committee discussion on protocol takes longer than anticipated.

Please hand in the following documentation on or before the stipulated date at

Send E-mail

• One hard copy of the protocol and all supporting documents with original signatures
• An electronic copy of the signed and scanned supporting documents plus the protocol document in MS Word to be provided to RESCOM members

A RESCOM approval letter will be issued when the final approved protocol document has been received electronically.
