  • Compilation of Capital and Operational budget considering the institutional need for facility services, maintenance and repair of buildings and infrastructure (M&R), replacement and renewal of obsolete or unserviceable units (R&R), and performing minor work
  • Monitoring financial expenditure and providing applicable reports to the Facilities Management executive
  • Coördination with ICT Services and Fianace Departments to ensure that systems and business processes support the needs of Facilities Management
  • Ongoing development of a true One-Stop help desk unit providing integrated operational and financial service to all clients of Facility Management
