Critical to the strategic orientation of Africa in a changing world is to transform itself from from a victim of machinaozation by others to an agent for change in world affairs and its position in them. This includes investigating how Africa uses its opportunities in international negotiations within the UN and global summit diplomacy in order to secure its interests in social, economic, political and security domains.
