Booking via the Nu Metro Website:

1. Go to numetro.co.za
2. Select the preferred cinema
3. From the drop down, select the preferred date and time then click on “choose seat"
4. Select the preferred seat then click on “add discount”
5. From the drop down, select “Mobi ticket”
6. Insert the Mobi ticket number, click on “book” and proceed to confirmation

Booking via the Nu Metro Mobile App:

1. Open the Nu Metro Cinemas App
2. Select the preferred cinema
3. Select the preferred movie
4. Select the preferred date and time
5. Select preferred seat
6. Click on “add discount”
7. Under “choose loyalty”, select “Mobi Ticket”
8. Enter Mobi code and proceed to confirmation

Booking via the Nu Metro Self-Service Terminal:

1. Select the preferred movie
2. Select the preferred time
3. For loyalty, select “no”
4. Select “Mobi code” then add +1
5. Enter Mobi code number and proceed to confirmation

Booking Over the Counter:

1. When booking a ticket at the counter, simply advise the cashier that a mobicode is to be used and they will process the discount accordingly upon checkout.

Booking via the Nu Metro Call Center

1. When booking a ticket via the Nu Metro call centre (0860 124 6362), simply advise the call centre agent that a Mobi code is to be used and they will process the discount accordingly upon checkout.
