Getting Started - first-time user registration

First-time user registration is required:

Step 1: Generate your PIN

  • Sign on to the Student Portal
  • Click on TuksPrint
  • Select the TuksPrint Account dashboard
  • Click the button to generate your unique 5 digit PIN which will be emailed to you

Step 2: Verify your TuksPrint Account details

While you are at the TuksPrint Account dashboard, please:

  • Take note of your accredited e-mail address linked to the TuksPrint system. (You can’t change it here and will have to use this e-mail address when you send print files to [email protected])
  • Check your printing account balance. If it is zero, you’ll have to top up your account, after linking your student (access) card with your (recently created) 5 digit PIN in step 3 below
  • Log out

 

Step 3: Link your student card with your PIN

  • Go to the nearest Konica Minolta Multi-Function Device (MFD). Tap the display on the MFD and type in your 5 digit PIN
  • Swipe your student card through the card reader (magnetic strip up)
  • Type in your username (u-no.on your student card) and Portal password to verify your registration.

Step 4: Deposit money into your printing account

  • To use the system, you must have money in your TuksPrint account
  • Go to your nearest Konica Minolta Service Desk (Copy shop at your nearest library)
  • Present your student card and the amount of money you wish to deposit to the assistant
  • You will receive an e-mail notification confirming the transaction

You are now ready to use TuksPrint!
