It is again time for your latest seasonal forecast, this time for December. The predicted El Nino remains weak into winter. Dry conditions are expected over the larger part of the summer rainfall regions with more favourable rainfall conditions expected over the winter rainfall regions and some areas of the far western parts. That hopefully means more rainfall for the Western Cape.
