Question:
Will I be able to switch from German to French or Spanish and vice versa during the year?
Answer:
No. These are completely different modules. Please make a considered decision before registering.


Question:
To whom can I go if I want to change my modules or group?
Answer:
Discuss it with the lecturers first. In order to change any modules, you have to see the student administration.


Question:
What if one of my language classes clashes with other classes?
Answer:
Inform the lecturer immediately to find out if alternative arrangements can be made.


Question:
Can I study French / German / Spanish / Portuguese for non-degree purposes only?
Answer:
Yes, you can, but you need to be a current student or have already completed a degree.

Question:
How long will it take me to acquire the basic knowledge that will enable me to at least read, speak and write the language?
Answer:
After completion of the first year language module you have accomplished basic language skills. Only after the second year you have reached an internationally acceptable level of competence. We therefore strongly recommend to at least completing the second year.

How much does the course cost?
Answer:
You will have to go the Client Service Centre regarding any fee queries.
