You are hereby cordially invited to exhibit or apply for sponsorship at the Gauteng Department of Health Research Symposium.

The Gauteng Research and Innovation Summit would be two days symposium/conference organised by the Gauteng Department of Health with its stakeholders/partners aimed at bringing a full range of players involved in health systems policy making, delivery and those dedicated to strengthening of the health systems through innovation.

It aims to create a learning opportunity that will bring together academia, administrators, students, community representatives, Oversight bodies, Community Leaders, Legislators, Health Service Providers, Exhibitors and leaders from across the Gauteng City Region to increase awareness of the need to use evidence and improve stakeholder participation in the delivery of an effective health system.

The Steering Committee invites you to show case your organization/company to the delegates attending the Research Summit. This is a marketing opportunity for your organization. We anticipate that 300 delegates around the country will be attending this summit. In addition, a number of international delegates will also attend this year’s conference. The Honourable MEC of Health, Dr Gwen Gwendoline Malegwale Ramokgopa will grace the occasion.

Exhibition information

• Please bring all your equipment (including tables/chairs).
• Electrical points will be provided on request only (no additional costs)
• Parking will be free of charge and will be in a secured area.
• Exhibitors will have access to tea’s and lunches served
• Exhibitors will also be allowed to attend the conference; keeping in mind that at least one delegate must be at the stand at all times. 

Guidelines

• Exhibitors will not be allowed to hang (prestick, nails, double sided tape, etc) any information in the form of posters/notices on the venue’s walls.
• The deadline for submitting expression of interest is: 2nd February 2018.
