Security Systems


The Department of Security Services implements the following monitoring and management measures to ensure safety:
 

  • Central access control to the University’s campuses.
  • A closed-circuit television (CCTV) system. 
  • An extensive alarm system.
  •  Fire Detection and Evacuation Systems.

All electronic systems for all campuses have been relayed to the 24 Hour Operational Management Centre in the Administration Building on the Hatfield Campus of the University.
