Registration categories:
- Regular participants: R 5000
- Students: R 2500
- Accompanying adult: R 2500
- Accompanying child under 12: Free
- Children over the age of 12 have to pay as an accompanying adult.
The registration fee is payable before 31 May 2017.
Participants will receive an invitation letter on payment of the registration fees if requested on the registration form.
The registration fee includes:
- Conference venue & costs
- Arrival coffee, mid morning and afternoon tea and snacks (daily)
- Cocktail event
- Bush braai
- Boma braai
The registration fee excludes:
- All other meals
- Travel to and from airport
- Accommodation
- Daily conservation fee
Note that children under the age of 12 may not attend the Bush Braai.
There will be a 20% administration fee on any refund and 100% charge after 31 May 2017.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind and delegates are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate travel insurance in place.
The conference organiser and local organizing committee accepts no liability for injuries/losses of whatever nature incurred by you and/or people with you, or for loss or damage to your luggage and/or personal belongings.
