The primary goal of the Economic Society of South Africa(ESSA) is to promote discussion of economic issues, both theoretical and applied. It subscribes to no ideology and welcomes contributions on any economic topic of a theoretical, applied or policy nature. It welcomes critical discussion of views previously published in the Journal.
