Water Tower

 The Taaibos Water Tower

Since the book of Taaibos was opened for the first time, the Taaibos water tower has shown its presence and has played a significant role in the identity of Huis Taaibos. Apart from oupa Rokkit, the water tower is a symbol of Taaibos.

We included the water tower in our 50^th festival year logo and with the funding from the University of Pretoria, we painted it on the tower itself. Scaffolding had to be put up all the way around the tower as the painters worked 20m above the ground.

We are proud of our water tower. As our anthem states, "Taaibos, standing tall”, so we are standing tall as we look upon the tower,
